Cal State L.A. Celebrates 2003 Earth Day

What:
California State University, Los Angeles will celebrate Earth Day 2003 by providing students information on environmental issues including rainforest depletion, air pollution, recycling, pesticides, and solar energy. Discover how one can volunteer at a local environmental agency or help the environment by modifying habits. Environmental organizations that will be represented include Heal the Bay, CEA-CREST, and the Sierra Club. Cal State L.A.’s own Solar Eagle will also be present.

When:
Tuesday, April 22, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Where:
Cal State L.A. Free Speech Area. The University is located at the Eastern Ave. exit, San Bernardino Freeway, at the interchange of the 10 and 710 freeways. Public permit dispenser parking is available in Lots A, C, F and G, or upper level of north Parking Structure II.
