Relax and recharge during this beginner-friendly trauma-informed yoga session in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Practice gentle movement, mindfulness, and self-care in a welcoming environment.
LEAD Series are workshops designed for students to cultivate leadership, enrichment, advocacy, and personal development. There will be 6 workshops each semester, a total of 12 workshops for the academic year. Each workshop will provide free food for students!
