Description
R.A.D. is a women-only course, which begins with risk reduction and avoidance, followed by the basics of hands-on defense training. R.A.D. is not a martial arts program. The techniques are suitable for women of all ages and abilities. The program consists of twelve hours of instruction including a dynamic simulation. Girls under age 13 may not participate due to the adult-themed subject matter. Sign up by October 12 at 3 p.m. at the U-SU Administration Office, Room 306. Cash only.
