Become immersed in the science of nurse incivility and bullying, diving deep into best practices and solutions to mitigate/prevent hostile work behaviors with a unique opportunity to observe animal interactions at the LA Zoo. For registration, go to the Eventbrite page.
Notes: Registration fee includes admission to the zoo, so please wear casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes. A light breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack will be provided. Parking is free.
