Description
A poetry-narrated film, The Myth explores themes connected with Domestic Violence Awareness Month, including the politics of race, gender, women’s empowerment, art, toxic masculinity, and community healing. Directed by Darrin Bush and starring Chauntice Green, 2019, 30 minutes. Followed by discussion with film cast and crew and Thea Winkler, therapist, Counseling and Psychological Services at Cal State LA.
