The ECST Leadership Convocation is an annual student leadership conference at Cal State L.A. dedicated to convening, inspiring, and empowering student leaders through workshops and networking opportunities. Students experience professional development workshops led by industry leaders that cover topics such as networking strategies, resume critique, mock interviews, and more. As they prepare for the upcoming Career Fair, attendees will be connected with essential tools to be effective leaders on campus and in their communities.
