Attention food science fans! Mr. Patrick Imburgia, President of the previous Mission Flavors & Fragrances, Inc., now part of T. Hasegawa USA, and Ms. Maria Olson, chair of the Society of Flavor Chemists in 2017-2018, will present for us on April 18 at 4:30 p.m. on “The chemists behind the flavors."
