The one-day conference, hosted by the Los Angeles County Juvenile Court and Cal State L.A., will focus on presenting the latest research and practices in juvenile justice and child welfare. This year’s conference keynote speaker will be Dr. David Sanders, executive vice president at Casey Family Programs and chair of L.A. County’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Child Protection.
