Timothy “Tim” Jemal is the CEO of the Supply Chain Federation (SCF). Tim has over three decades of experience as an entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, CEO, spokesperson and public policy expert on local, state, federal and international issues.  A respected policy innovator, proven national association leader and trusted media voice, Tim has a deep understanding of the critical importance of the supply chain and goods movement to the California national economy.   

Tim has led and advised dozens of nonprofit organizations and associations focused on promoting sustainable economic development and industrial growth. He has launched and led both U.S. domestic and international nonprofit and for-profit organizations and serves as an Executive Coach for rising leaders.

In November 2012, Tim was elected as a Trustee of the South Orange County Community College District. He has served as President of the Board of Trustees for seven of his twelve years on the Board. The South Orange County Community College District serves more than 50,000 students per year, employs over 2,500 faculty and staff and has a budget of nearly $1 billion.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Michigan State University and an MBA degree in International Business from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
