As President and CEO of TeamCalifornia, Robin Reimold works tirelessly with cities, counties, economic development corporations (EDCs), and public-private partnerships to attract, grow, and retain businesses in the Golden State. Under her leadership, TeamCalifornia acts as a powerful force multiplier, championing California’s business climate, spearheading innovative marketing initiatives, and taking storytelling seriously to captivate corporate site selectors and investors alike. Each year, TeamCalifornia attends over 40 trade shows and events, ensuring California’s communities are front and center in national and global conversations about business expansion.
Robin brings over 15 years of expertise in marketing, communications, business development, and event production to the role. Before joining TeamCalifornia, she successfully owned and operated a marketing and public relations consultancy, delivering event and media advisory services to national news and media outlets.
She is an active member of ICSC and the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED), underscoring her deep commitment to economic progress in California.
Born and raised in rural Pennsylvania, Robin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with dual majors in Business Administration and Marketing from Slippery Rock University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Thiel College.
In her spare time, Robin enjoys exploring California's great outdoors—whether it’s camping, beach getaways, or summer music festivals. She also cherishes time with family and friends and remains committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work.
