Isaiah Green is a former NFL and CFL athlete who now serves as the Assistant Deputy Director and Central Valley Regional Advisor with the California Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA). In addition to his leadership role, Isaiah also manages the Outsmart Disaster Program, a statewide initiative dedicated to helping small businesses prepare for, withstand, and recover from natural disasters and economic disruptions.
With a strong background in community engagement, leadership, and nonprofit management, Isaiah brings a people-first approach to disaster resiliency and recovery. He played an active role in the Los Angeles Firestorm recovery efforts on January 7, 2025, coordinating with regional partners to deliver critical resources and support to affected business owners.
Driven by a commitment to service and resilience, Isaiah continues to champion programs that empower communities to plan ahead, protect what matters most, and rebuild stronger in the face of disaster.
