Christina Sarron is the Executive Director for CAEATFA (“Kate‑fuh”), Chaired by the California State Treasurer Fiona Ma, CPA. CAEATFA administers the Sales and Use Tax Exclusion (STE) program, benefiting qualified manufacturers promoting alternative energy and advanced transportation and GoGreen Financing, a residential, business, and multifamily credit support program for customers seeking to implement energy efficiency upgrades. Prior to CAEATFA, Christina was the Deputy Executive Director for the California Pollution Control Financing Authority (CPCFA) where she advised, supported, and collaborated with the Executive Director on the policy, leadership, and management in the administration of CPCFA’s tax-exempt bond, credit support (loan loss reserve, collateral support, and loan participation), and grant programs. Christina has been with the State Treasurer’s Office for more than 29 years previously managing the state’s Investor Relations Program and the Local Agency Investment Fund (LAIF)
