Adrienne Lindgren leads LACI’s  incubation and investment services, overseeing the development, delivery, and execution of LACI's founder-facing programs, as well as the administration of LACI's in-house investments vehicles. This includes LACI’s roughly $10M in-house equity Funds, LACI Impact Fund I and LACI Impact Fund II, as well as the LACI Debt Fund, a $6M revolving loan fund that provides founder-friendly debt financing to cleantech startups across the United States in addition to LACI portfolio companies. In her role, she is also primarily responsible for ensuring a balanced approach to LACI’s portfolio by developing a strong pipeline of both venture-scalable companies and companies poised to create economic development impact through job creation.  As part of her purview, Adrienne also oversees facility operations at the LADWP-owned La Kretz Innovation Campus, including the Campus' Advanced Prototyping Facilities.

A dynamic professional with a mix of skills and expertise spanning project finance, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies, she brings demonstrable success in industries including zero-emissions transportation, sustainable aviation tech, consulting, banking, and municipal government.  Prior to joining the team at LACI, she held key positions at Hyundai Motor Group, WSP USA, the City of Los Angeles, and Goldman Sachs.  She is a graduate of London Business School (Ex. Ed. - Project Finance), the University of Southern California (M.A. - Urban Planning), and Scripps College (B.A. - Political Economy).
