Second Chances: Resentencing and Redemption

The Pre-Law Society, Political Science Association, Honors College (Excellence in Action), and Project Rebound proudly present a must-attend event featuring Heidi Rummel, renowned attorney and director of the Post-Conviction Justice Project.

Rummel has led efforts that secured freedom for 250 incarcerated individuals including several current Cal State LA Project Rebound students. 

The event will feature a conversation with Dr. Giraldo, Director of Project Rebound, followed by student stories and a reception.

Fun fact: Rummel represented the Menendez brothers in their recent parole bid.
