Join our fun and interactive 4-week nutrition series led by our Registered Dietitian—plus special guest experts! We’ll break down real-life tips on eating well and moving more, based on the latest health guidelines. FREE FOOD and SHC swag will be provided to attendees, and those that attend all four workshops will be entered in a raffle for a chance to win a $25 voucher for the Farmer’s Market on campus. Come join the fun, food, and community!
