Join Cal State LA for a conversation with Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda L. Solis as she reflects on more than three decades in public service, from the California Legislature and Congress to the U.S. Department of Labor and the Board of Supervisors, where she has represented the First District, home to Cal State LA, since 2014.
As she nears the end of her final term on the Board, Cal State LA students will lead a moderated conversation about her path into public life, what she has learned along the way, and her advice for the next generation of leaders.
