Saturday, July 30th (Max 2 parents/guardians)
Friday, August 5th (All Colleges - max 1 parent/guardian)

PLEASE NOTE: We have reached capacity for the two Friday sessions of Parent-Student Orientation. However, we do still have plenty of availability for the Saturday Parent-Only session, and we encourage you to consider that program, if you are interested. Reservations for the July 30th session will be active beginning the week of June 20th.

Fee: $30 per parent/guardian. Space is limited, and is available on a first come, first served basis.

Golden Eagle Parent Orientation offers two options for your attendance:

  1. You may attend orientation with your student on one of the Friday All Colleges dates listed above. You and your student will begin your day together, and have lunch together, and the rest of the day will be spent in learning environments geared especially for you as parents.
  2. You may attend parent-only orientation on the Saturday date listed above. The Saturday program provides the same educational content, but allows you more opportunities to network with other parents on a convenient weekend day.

Please note that the other Golden Eagle Orientation dates listed on the freshmen page are for students only; other family members and guests will not be admitted. Childcare is not available for any of the orientation programs.

To sign up for Parent Orientation:

If you are interested in attending one of the Parent/Student dates, your student will need to select that option once they've access the online reservation system. Attendance for Parent/Student Orientation is limited to one student and parent/guardian/caretaker.
