Cal State LA students, faculty, and staff have access to MyTools which provides anytime, anywhere access to frequently-used software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe CC. You can run the software on a variety of devices with an internet connection.
Zoom is a video and web conferencing platform that is available to Cal State LA students, faculty, and staff. It allows for video, audio, and screen sharing between up to 200 participants. You can use Zoom to host your own meeting or join other meetings from any computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
ServiceNow is an online ticketing system used by Information Technology Services (ITS) to provide customer support. Cal State LA students, faculty, and staff can use ServiceNow to submit an IT support ticket or track progress on an open ticket.
