Effective Thursday, January 22, 2015, GET account holders no longer need to complete the online form to reset their password or unlock their account. This new service is available 24/7 during each quarter and finals week.
To reset your GET password or unlock your account you can either:
- Call the ITS Help Desk (323-343-6170) – You will need to provide your CIN and answer the security questions you previously set up for your MyCalStateLA ID account.
- Stop by in person at the ITS Help Desk – You will need to provide your CIN and a valid photo ID.
