Information Technology Services routinely performs maintenance on campus hardware resources and software applications. Below is a schedule of upcoming maintenance tasks as well as recently completed maintenance tasks. Software Monthly Patches April 12 A monthly patch for all University-based Windows and MAC OS laptops is scheduled on Friday, April 12, starting at 1 p.m. Laptops need to be connected to the campus network via VPN and must be rebooted after the patch. CSUBUY March 15-17 CSUBUY - Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Marketplace (Procurement Credit Card) will be unavailable from Friday, March 15 at 6:00 PM to Sunday, March 17 at 9:00 AM for a software update to release Jaggaer 24.1 (the software provider). Completed

CSU Learn March 16 CSU Learn will be unavailable on Saturday, March 16th, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. to be upgraded to version 24.1.  The production environment will not be accessible during this period, and users will not be able to log in and take training. Completed
CFS, Concur, Data Warehouse and Process Schedulers and Integration Broker March 20 CFS, Concur, Data Warehouse application and database services, and Process Schedulers and Integration Broker will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Completed
Canvas Outcomes March 21 Maintenance has been scheduled for Canvas Outcomes on Thursday, March 21, from 1 a.m. through 3 a.m. Interruption is expected to last up to two hours and will only affect Outcomes. All other functions of Canvas are expected to remain operational. Completed
Network March 21 The Network team is scheduling a maintenance window on Thursday, March 21, from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.  There is only a 30-second network delay expected during the transition of the border and serverfarm firewalls. Completed
