- July 28, 2023: Meal Plan Change Request Deadline for fall 2023 (New extended deadline)
- August 9, 2023: Housing Application Priority Deadline for fall 2023 (students who submit their applications after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist and will receive their booking after August 21, 2023.)
- August 16, 2023: GEA students move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments
- August 17-18, 2023: South Village students under 21 move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments
- August 19, 2023: Phase I and II students 21 and over move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments
- August 25-Sepember 12, 2023: Room Change application opens. The relocation processing fee is $75. Room Change is not guaranteed.
