Step 1: Fill out form
Step 2: Email any applicable photos, copy, logos, event information, etc, to the Communications Specialist (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Note: Approval required by Department Chair
Form should be submitted at a minimum of 3 weeks in advance of date needed.
Requests are only for college or department main events, not for personal or individual class projects. All requests are subject to final approval by the dean.
