To communicate a product's level of accessibility conformance, the vendor completes the Vendor Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) document. Once complete, the VPAT template is then referred to as an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR). Our new repository contains ACR dated within the last 24 months. We actively purge ACR older than 24 months and continually engage vendors to ensure their latest accessibility documentation. As a result of limiting the age of this documentation, the new repository has significantly less listing than before. However, the listings should be of higher quality overall.
Cal State LA no longer accepts version 1.x VPATs. If your product vendor is unaware of VPATs in general, or needs the latest version of the template, provide them with the Information Technology Industry Council's latest VPAT version 2.4
