ACR Repository

Electronic and Information Technology procurement requisitions that affect more than ten users and have been evaluated for accessibility, or the product is a required part of an academic curriculum, must include a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).  Many vendors have already prepared these templates.  Select a vendor and product below to view available VPATs.

If no VPAT is available, a blank VPAT form (that opens in Microsoft Word) can be downloaded by clicking this link (CSULA VPAT form).

Note: All lists are in reverse numeric order using HTML reflecting that.   IE/Edge can not read that HTML; use Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or another browser that can.

If you have difficulty finding an existing VPAT/reference, you might find the VPAT/reference number using this → alphabetic cross-reference or, if specified, a V-list (Various vendor) product → V-list alphabetic cross-reference.  Alternatively, some VPATs are posted in the CSU Contract Store (you will need a campus login to access it):

Also, for widely used products that are not accessible, here is the list of current EEAAPs (Equally Effective Alternative Access Plans).
