University Reports Submissions

Form Submission

University Reports is published three times a year by the Office of Communications and Public Affairs. Faculty and staff members are invited to submit copy of general interest to the University community about their current professional activities, publications, or honors received.

Activities should be submitted after they have occurred; books or articles should be submitted after publication and should include the employee's or faculty member's name, department/division or office, the full name of the event or publication, and the date(s) and place(s), city and state or country that the event(s) occurred.
