Photography Assignment Request Form

 

The Office of Strategic Communications can provide a photographer to cover some University events. If you have a grant with funds allocated for marketing/photography, we can discuss the charge per event/photoshoot based on the location and hours of coverage. All departments/programs: If your event or photoshoot requires a shorter turnaround time than our 7 to 10 business days timeframe, then we may need to outsource for your request. The charges will be contingent upon the photographer and you, the client, may be responsible for the coverage cost.
