16th Annual Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies. 6 p.m.-social hour; 7 p.m.-dinner and ceremonies, Tower Restaurant, Transamerica Building. Fri., Feb. 4
Doubleheader Games. 5:45 p.m.-CSULA's women's basketball vs. UC Davis; 8 p.m.-CSULA's men's basketball vs. UC Davis. Cal State L.A. P.E. Gym. Mardi Gras. 6-11 p.m. Cal State L.A. University-Student Union, Program Area. Activities include casino tables, hypnotist show, tattoo artists, tarot card readers, pep rally, refreshments and prizes. The Eagles' Pride Awards, given in lieu of the traditional Homecoming king and queen crowns, will be presented during Homecoming week. The awards are given annually to one male and one female student who exemplify the University pride and spirit through achievements, leadership and involvement, and scholastic success. Info:
