Congresswoman Judy Chu will not address Cal State L.A.’s Class of 2013 due to a loss in her immediate family 

Los Angeles, CA – Congresswoman, the Honorable Judy Chu will not address California State University, Los Angeles’ (CSULA) graduating Class of 2013 on Saturday, June 15 due to a loss in her immediate family. CSULA President James M. Rosser will be the keynote speaker in her place and deliver congratulations to the graduates on Chu’s behalf.
