Dr. Bray’s specialties are international economic policy, Central America and Cuba, and U.S.-Latin American relations. She teaches a general ecucation course on “Dynamics of Change in the Developing World,” and various graduate and undergraduate seminars on Latin American topics. She participated in making a prize-winning film on Argentina and is a founding member of the journal, Latin American Perspectives. She is former president of the Pacific Coast Council on Latin American Studies.
