Leave campus to explore thematically linked exhibitions organized under Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA, an exploration of Latin American and Latino art in dialogue with Los Angeles. Join us as we visit the Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens. Trip will be facilitated by Professor Leda Ramos (CLS 4900 – Chicanx Latinx Social Art History). The Chicanx/Latinx Student Resource Center will host lunch and transportation. Hold your spot for $10 at the U-SU Room 306. Tickets go on sale Sept. 5. Join the Cross Cultural Centers for a five-week series of workshops for new and seasoned student leaders to explore self-identity, learn concepts, network, and develop skills necessary to envision a world that is better and more socially just.
