Rape Aggression Defense Systems (R.A.D.) is a women-only course that teaches the basics of hands-on defense training. The program consists of 12 hours of instruction (program continues on Oct. 5, 10, and 12.). Please note that girls under age 13 may not participate due to the adult-themed subject matter. Sign up by Oct. 10 at 3 p.m. at the U-SU Administration Office, Room 306.

Cal State L.A. students: $10. Faculty, staff, or guests: $20. Cash only.

The key is “setting your intention.” Join us for this powerful four-week Self and Relationship Empowerment Series, which will assist you in tapping into your personal power and inspire self-empowerment. All participants will receive a Guide to Self-Exploration Manual and certificate of completion and will be entered into a prize drawing for a free parking pass or gift certificate.
