Attending college is a busy and hectic time for many students. Some may feel that they do not have enough time or that they are overwhelmed, procrastinate, or feel anxiety. This presentation will offer suggestions for coping with time management and other problems.
Rape Aggression Defense Systems (R.A.D.) is a women-only course that teaches the basics of hands-on defense training. The program consists of 12 hours of instruction (program continues on Oct. 5, 10, and 12.). Please note that girls under age 13 may not participate due to the adult-themed subject matter.
