Join a roster of highly-regarded featured speakers to honor the lifetime achievements of Dr. Eduardo Matos Moctezuma, one of the most eminent archaeologists who excavated the Great Temple of the Aztecs. In addition, the symposium will feature a special exhibit of antique books of Mesoamerica and Colonial Mexico in the John F. Kennedy Memorial Library at Cal State LA.

TEDxCalStateLA will create a half day of presentations with a wide range of new ideas from different disciplines, and unique opportunities for interesting people to connect with each other. Tickets are limited and can be purchased with cash at the U-SU third floor Admin Office, Room 306. $10 for students and $20 for staff, faculty and community members. Lunch is included in ticket price.
Every self-identified women/femme has a story - a journey - to share. Diaries of a Femme presents a series of monologues performed by members of the Cal State LA community. We will explore our gender, sexuality, ethnicity and identity through poetry, song, dance and storytelling.
