Administration and Student Affairs Building Abatement and Demolition
Plans and specifications for the abatement and demolition of the Administration and Student Affairs Buildings are being designed. The overall scope will be to demolish the buildings including their foundations.
The Anna Bing Child Care Center is undergoing a roof, sewer line, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler replacement.
Fume Hood Replacement Project
The scope of work will entail the installation of five (5) new laboratory fume hoods and base cabinet units, and connection to previously installed fluoropolymer coated stainless steel HVAC ducts, air valves, and BACnet compatible airflow controllers that were installed under a recent, HEERF II funded improvements project.

Seismic Retrofit and Tenant Improvement: Initially completed in 1970, the 8 story Student Services Building, previously named the Physical Sciences building, underwent a seismic retrofit and major building upgrade including the windows, roofing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, building controls, and security. The layout of each floor has been developed with new configuration, finishes, fixtures and equipment to support campus administration and student services, which will be housed in the newly renovated building. It is 218,000 sq. ft. and is located on the Main Campus. Completion date Fall 2021.
