INTRODUCTION
Dr. Mahshid Jessri is an Assistant Professor of Management (with emphasis in Entrepreneurship) at California State University, Los Angeles. Mahshid finished her PhD in Entrepreneurship at the University of Louisville in May 2018. Her main research interest is family business, social capital and innovation, and she also has two current projects in conjoint analysis. Her teaching interest is Entrepreneurship, but she also has experience in teaching Organizational Behavior and Operations Management at University of Louisville. Mahshid is a recipient of Best Review Award at the Academy of Management meeting- Entrepreneurship division in 2016, as well as the PhD Award of Excellence for Teaching from University of Louisville.
