I specialize in coaching and mentoring millennial sales professionals. My experience in sales, management, and recruiting, along with my connection to industry professionals, helps me bridge the gap between theory and practice so that my students gain relevant, real-world experience in the classroom where they can develop the requisite skills that will make them competitive on the job market. I strive to develop the next generation of "work-ready" business professionals that operate with the utmost moral and ethical standards. My students continue to succeed with such leading companies as IBM, Gartner, Johnson Controls, and CDW.
My research interests broadly focus on marketing and sales strategy, with an emphasis on sales coaching, training, and development. My current research aims to develop an assessment tool that can help measure the overall effectiveness of managers as sales coaches.
