Wellness Workshop: Eat Healthy Be Active

Join us for a six-week interactive workshop series based on the Dietary & Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans. The six workshops are: “Enjoy Health Food that Tastes Great,” “Quick, Healthy Meals & Snacks,” “Eating Healthy on a Budget,” “Tips For Losing Weight and Keeping It Off,” “Making Health Eating Part of Your Total Lifestyle,” and “Physical Activity is Key to Living Well.” Healthy snacks will be provided and a certificate of completion is given to participants who attend all six sessions.
