Explore the eight dimensions of wellness through workshops and activities during Wellness Week. Learn about how physical, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, social and spiritual well-being connect to your student success. Sponsored by the Center for Student Involvement, Cross Cultural Centers, Kinesiology and Nutritional Science, Housing and Residential Life, Office for Students with Disabilities, Office of the Dean of Students, Student Health Center, University Library, University-Student Union, Xtreme Fitness, and student fees.
