Join us for an outdoor screening of Black Panther! Bring your friends and family, blankets, lawn chairs and pillows for comfort. Activities and concession snacks are free while supplies last! This screening is in conjunction with "Missed in the Euphoria of Black Panther," a critical panel discussion taking place in the U-SU Theatre on Thursday, August 23. Curated by DJ Lynnée Denise, a lecturer for the Pan-African Studies Department at Cal State LA, the panel discussion will focus on the race, class and gender perspectives missed in the euphoria and excitement of the film.
