Bridging the Me and We Through Intergroup Dialogue

This interactive two-hour training is designed to develop Cal State LA student leader skill sets related to:  

• Empathy building;
• Active listening;
• Conflict resolution; and
• Personal and social media based communication.

Facilitated by Dr. Anna M. Yeakley, coordinator of the Intergroup Relations Program at UCLA, student participants will learn and practice skills essential to interpersonal communication, dialogue, and group dynamics while cultivating a culture of respect and inclusivity on and off campus.
