Administrative Technology supports the mission of the University by providing business technology analysis, implementation, upgrades and maintenance support of personal computing devices, printers, computer systems and business applications for the Administration and Finance, University Advancement, University Auxiliary Services, University Student Union, Public Affairs and Athletics organizations.
Accomplishments and Statistics
The staff of six people in Administrative Technology provides support for approximately 500 personal computing devices, 260 printers and 35 small to large business applications for 400 staff. This team provides ongoing business technology analysis, technical support and training for the PeopleSoft systems of Finance, Human Resources, and Student Administration.
Administrative Technology supports the departmental systems for facilities work orders, document management, ADP payroll and human resources for auxiliaries, Golden Eagle One Card, fundraising, emergency notification, and dispatch.
