For all film requests on campus, please submit a Film Request Application at least 10 business days in advance. All requests must be reviewed by the Office of Communications and Public Affairs, Public Safety, and Use of Facilities.
For currently enrolled Cal State LA students, please submit the Student Application. The instructor and course information is required.
For all other requests, submit the Non-Student Application.
