Roadmaps to Graduation
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Learning (ULRN)
Freshmen entering the Urban Learning Program develop an individual plan for completion of their general education courses with their advisor. Upon completion of GE requirements, students in the Urban Learning Program are assigned to cohorts prior to beginning their junior year. Each cohort has an individually planned roadmap that the cohort follows. The roadmaps below are examples of typical roadmaps used in the program. Students should not expect to follow the roadmap below.
The Urban Learning Program offers students two options: Elementary Education leading to a Multiple Subjects credential, and Special Education, leading to an Education Specialist credential.
OPTION: Special Education (Education Specialist Credential)
OPTION: Elementary Education (Multiple Subject Credential)
Note: CSULA is converting from a quarter-based calendar to a semester-based calendar beginning Fall 2016. These roadmaps are samples, and will no longer represent a typical course of study for students on the semester calendar.
