Golden Eagle pitchers drafted by New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox

Two ace Golden Eagle pitchers have been selected in the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft.

The Chicago White Sox drafted junior Brandon Quintero in the 16th round, and the New York Yankees selected senior Icezack Flemming in the 26th round.

"Both Brandon and Icezack will represent themselves and Cal State L.A. to the highest level," Cal State L.A. head coach Vince Beringhele said.
