CSLA Facility Reservations Page

Planning a big conference, medium-sized meeting, small theatre performance, annual luncheon on campus, ... ?

The key to planning a successful event is to make the necessary arrangements early.

Six steps in planning an on-campus event:

Step 1: Review available facilities (listed below) and determine primary location.

Step 2: Contact the location's Facility Coordinator (also listed below).
Note: Student clubs and organizations planning any event should first contact Central Reservations in the University-Student Union for their arrangements.

Step 3: Establish date and time for your event with Facility Coordinator.

Step 4: Determine with Facility Coordinator which support services you need.

Step 5: Obtain written confirmation of your event from the coordinator of your primary facility.

Step 6: If you want to publicize your event, fill out the Publicity Form.

If you have any questions, please call the Publications/Public Affairs Office at (323) 343-3050.
