Adobe Sign Announcement

ITS have extended DocuSign cutoff date to August 31. 2023. This means, from September 1, 2023, any DocuSign-based power forms and templates will NOT work.  No new envelopes can be initiated.  Any envelopes that are already in progress will continue to be routed and completed.

  • ITS is currently offering Introduction to Adobe Sign workshops (August 8 through 18)

Learn how to login, customize user preferences, send an agreement for e-signature, manage agreements, and handle agreements. Each training session is an hour long. These sessions are conducted via Zoom and In-person. Please make sure you sign up to reserve a seat for the Training.

  • Accessing DocuSign

If you need to access DocuSign during the transition period from August 1-31, it will only be available by clicking this DocuSign direct login.  

  • Backing Up DocuSign Envelopes

Use DocuSign Retrieve application available on your campus-issued desktop computers or laptops to download and backup copies of the documents created and sent from your DocuSign account. Instructions on how to use DocuSign Retrieve are available at www.calstatela.edu/its/adobeSign 

  • Important Adobe Sign Transition Dates
    • December 31, 2023: DocuSign and DocuSign Retrieve products will be decommissioned.
