Microsoft Outlook Part 1: Introduction to Outlook

In this workshop, users will learn how to configure Outlook on their workstation for the first time. Topics about the Outlook interface and basic mail features such as creating, sending, receiving, reading and deleting messages, responding to messages and flagging will be covered. Working with modules, creating and organizing folders, creating signatures, working with the calendar, tasks and contact groups will also be covered.

In this workshop, users already acquainted Outlook will learn how to use the additional features found in the application. Outlook allows its users to manage their schedule, contacts, and tasks by providing simplified and consistent modules for each item type. This workshop covers working with the calendar, contacts, tasks, as well as managing your mailbox.
