Setting up Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 for POP and IMAP

You can connect to Microsoft Office 365 using Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 for POP and IMAP. Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 for POP and IMAP provides both POP3 and IMAP4 capability. However, you won't get all the functionality available with full featured E-mail clients, such as Microsoft Outlook using an Exchange connection, as opposed to POP3 or IMAP4. For example, you can't use many of the calendaring and other collaboration features that are available when you connect to your account using an Exchange connection. Help with Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 for POP and IMAP is available at the ITS Help Desk and the Open Access Labs.

Please note, all of the links below point to instructions on Microsoft's web site. As updates are made to Office 365, these instructions will also be modified to show the most up to date information.
