ITS Multimedia Services provides Cal State LA faculty and staff with multimedia production and instructional technology support. Available services include:
- Production of instructional, training, and promotional media for digital and web distribution.
- Motion graphics design and animation.
- Post-production services, including audio and video editing, video format conversions, and media preparation for web distribution.
- Pre-production, production, and post-production consultation.
- Instructional video technology consultation.
- Closed captioning.
Requesting Multimedia Services
Faculty and staff can request multimedia services by submitting the Media Production Request Form in ServiceNow (login required). There may be a departmental chargeback depending on the request. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to request closed captioning of videos not produced by Multimedia Services, please visit the Audio and Video page of the Accessibility website.
