The Housing Complex is divided into three main sites: Phase I, Phase II, which are on campus, and the Golden Eagle Apartments (GEA), which is one block north of campus.
Phase I and II
Phase I is the area closest to campus, where the Community Information Center is located. Phase II, on the north side of the complex, is where the Housing Services Office and Dining Commons are located.
Golden Eagle Apartments
GEA is located one block north of campus by Mariondale Ave. and Valley Blvd. The exact address is 5425 Dobbs Street,. Los Angeles, CA 90032.
Parking Lot 7A is designated for residents only. In order to park in Lot 7A, you must purchase a University Residential Permit, which you can also use in all other campus parking lots. GEA residents may use this permit to park in the limited spaces at GEA, in lot 7A or for street parking. To buy a parking permit or for more information, visit the Parking and Transportation Center.
For day or overnight parking passes, visit Kiosk 30 in Lot 7. You may pay the $6 fee with cash or credit card.
