The Graduate Resource Center offers workshops each term for graduate students at all stages of the thesis, project, or dissertation.

Thesis Formatting and Submission Workshop

Come learn about the University’s thesis format requirements and electronic submission process, including clarification about required forms and deadlines. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask us questions!

Doctoral students may benefit from this workshop as well, but check with your advisor first to see if a workshop is scheduled specifically for your program.

This workshop is intended for students who expect to complete and submit the thesis by the end of the current term. This workshop is offered every fall, spring, and summer.

Getting Started on the Thesis Workshop

This workshop provides a general overview, tips, and advice on getting started with the graduate thesis or dissertation, including library research, working with your committee, and creating a timeline to completion.

This workshop is intended for students who have just advanced to candidacy and/or have recently begun graduate thesis or dissertation research units.
